Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@hairurchins.com with your order details and clear photos so the team can review the case.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns can only be considered when products are unopened, unused, complete and resellable. Return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless the issue is caused by HairUrchins.

Points and refunds

If an order is cancelled or refunded, related member points and rewards will be adjusted according to the order and refund status.
