How does scheduled delivery work?
Scheduled delivery is only available for Keratin Hair Fibers 27.5g. Choose your shade and delivery frequency, then the system arranges each shipment on your selected rhythm so you do not need to place the same order again.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no fixed contract. You can pause or cancel from the Member Centre whenever you need.
Can I skip one delivery?
Yes. If you have not finished your current bottle, you can skip the next delivery and continue on your original rhythm afterwards.
Can I change the delivery frequency?
Yes. You can adjust your scheduled delivery to every 1, 2 or 3 months according to your own usage.
How do I manage my scheduled delivery?
After signing in to the Member Centre, you can review your scheduled delivery status, next delivery, payment arrangement, and the options to skip, pause or cancel.

How long does delivery take?
Hong Kong local delivery usually takes around 1 to 3 working days. Overseas delivery time depends on destination and customs clearance.
Is shipping free?
Hong Kong and Macau regular orders over HK$300 ship free. Regular orders below HK$300 have a HK$28 shipping fee. Keratin Hair Fibers 27.5g scheduled delivery ships free every time.
When will payment be charged?
Payment is arranged before each scheduled delivery according to your selected frequency. The shipment enters fulfilment only after payment succeeds.
What happens if payment fails?
The scheduled delivery remains in your account and you will be prompted to update your payment method. Delivery is arranged after payment succeeds.
Returns and overseas notes
Can I return or exchange an order?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only when products are unopened, unused, complete and resellable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the issue is caused by HairUrchins.
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
Please contact support within 7 days of delivery with order proof and photos or video. After review, HairUrchins may arrange replacement, reshipment or refund.
How do bundle or kit returns work?
For bundles and kits, the full bundle, packaging and any gifts must be returned together so the order can be reviewed properly.
Are overseas duties or taxes included?
We do not promise tax-free or tax-inclusive overseas delivery. If local customs duty, GST, business tax or local handling charges are assessed, the customer is responsible under local rules.
